TO SELL REGARDING HOUSE
This agreement is made on

1.
That
the first party has sold out his under construction double storey house No. 209,
measuring 5 Marlas, bearing Khewat No. 4899 Khatooni No. 4066, Khasra No.
5066, situated at Street No. 233, Dhoke
Nussa, KRL Road, Raja Town, Tehsil and District Rawalpindi in favour of Second
Party against the Sale consideration of Rs. 33,00,000/- (Thirty Three Lacs
only). The second party paid to the first party, a sum of Rs. 100,000/- (Rupees One Lac only) in
cash and Rs. 29,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Nine Lacs only) through Pay order No. 24001112,
drawn at Askari Bank, Khana Daak Branch,
Rawalpindi, in the name of _____wife of ____(mother of ___) dated 31-05-2016
and same has been received by the first party.
2.
That
the second party will pay rest of the amount of Rs. 3,00,000/- (Rupees Three
Lacs only) to the first party on or
before

That
now the first party or his legal heirs, have left no concern with the said house.
The second party is fully entitled to use the said house as per his own wish, to make construction, to sell it out or transfer it
in any manner whatsoever. There are two utility connections i.e Electrify
and Sui Gas connections are installed in
the said house.
4.
if the said house was got mortgaged, the same will also be the responsibility
of the first party. In case any the possession of said house is lost by the second party due to preemption or any
encumbrance, the first party will be responsible for the same and in
this case, first party will be bound to pay back double of the
received amount with costs..
The terms and conditions of
the agreement will be binding upon the legal
heirs of the parties. The parties have
signed and placed thumb impressions in
the presence of witnesses, without any coercion, as a proof.
