SUBJECT: LEGAL NOTICE
That I have been instructed by my client _________________to serve you the following
legal notice.
1.
That my client entered into an agreement to sell regarding Suzuki Bolan, Registration No. ICT-__________
Engine No. PKT820836, chassis No. SV308PK1212149 Colour White. As per the above
said agreement, my client sold out the above said vehicle to you against the sale consideration
of Rs. 5,50,000/- (Rupees Five Lac Fifty Thousand only). You paid an amount of
Rs. 5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lacs only) to my client while rest of amount of Rs.
50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) was agreed to be paid by you to my client
after issuance of

That now the NOC regarding
said vehicle, has been obtained by my client from the concerned bank and in
this regard, he also requested you to pay the remaining amount of Rs. 50,000/-
(Rupees Fifty Thousand only) to my client and to get the NOC from my client but
have not acceded the request of my client. It has also come into the knowledge of
my client that you have further sold out the said vehicle to any body else, for
which you were not entitled to do so.
Therefore, through
this legal notice you are requested to pay the remaining amount of Rs. 50,000/-(Rupees
Fifty Thousand only) to my client and to get the NOC of the above said vehicle from
my client within 7 days after receipt of
this legal notice. Otherwise my client have instructed me to file a civil as well as criminal suit against you at your own risk and
costs.
Note: A copy of this legal notice is retained in my office
for record and further necessary actions.
