| Is 354 bailable offence? |
Yes, 354 PPC (Pakistan Penal Code) is bailable. If
only section 354 PPC is mentioned in FIR, it mean that accused can easily get
bail from the court.
Either the accused is applying for pre-arrest or
post-arrest bail, in both the case, he can obtain bail in section 354 PPC.
