I, __________(holder of Identity Card No. __________) son of __________, resident of __________hereby declare that I am owner-in-possession of a commercial shop measuring 8 Sarsai situated at Ground Floor (without having rights in roof) bearing Khasra No. 489, Square No. 322, Khewat No/Owner’s Account No. 18856, Khatooni No/ Cultivator’s Account No. 132287 vide Mutation No. 119611 and Extract of Periodical Record of Rights for the year 2011-2012, regarding Village No. 220 R.B (Nazimabad City) Tehsil City, District Faisalabad. The said property is free from all sorts of charges. The said shop is not mortgaged to any Government Authority or Bank. Neither any suit or appeal is pending in any court nor has any stay order been issued by any court regarding the said shop. Therefore, I have permanently sold out the said shop along with all types of corporal and incorporeal rights including rights of passage, construction, rights in joint walls and rights of transferring electricity meter etc in favour of _______son of _______resident of _______, ID Card No. ___________against sale consideration of Rs. 8,94,500/-, half of which is calculated as Rs. 4,47,250/- and have received entire sale consideration in presence of witnesses. The possession of said shop has been handed over to the purchaser at the spot and he has become owner in possession of the same. I and my heirs have been left with no claim with regard to the said shop. The purchaser has become absolute owner of the said shop. I shall cause the mutation to be entered and sanctioned in Revenue Record in favour of the purchaser. In case of my non appearance/ availability, the purchaser himself shall be entitled to cause the mutation to be entered & sanctioned in revenue record. Due to any defect in legal ownership or appearance of any other claimant, if the said shop wholly or partly goes out of the possession of the purchaser or the purchaser suffers any loss, I (Seller) shall be responsible to bear all such losses with costs and same shall be recoverable through my property.  All my heirs shall be bound to follow the contents of this Deed. This Sale Deed has been executed as per rates prescribed in schedule. All the expenses relating to Deed writing have been borne by purchaser. Therefore, as a proof, this Sale Deed has been executed in complete senses, without any coercion on the part of any one, in presence of marginal witnesses. Dated:
