That Nikah of my client was performed
with you on

That after the marriage, my
client started residing with you and performed
her matrimonial obligations.

That about 20 days ago, you while
beating my client, turned her out from your house.
4.
That it is pertinent to
mention here that during ABADI, you did not pay any maintenance allowance to my client.
5.
That since desertion, you have
not tried to reconcile the matter and not brought my client back to your home.
Therefore, through
this legal notice you are directed to reconcile the matter and to ABAD my
client within 7 days after receipt of this legal notice. Failing which my
client reserve right to initiate criminal as well as civil proceedings against
you at your own risk and costs.
Note: A copy of this legal notice is retained in my office
for record and further necessary actions.
