Format of application for compliance of order of meeting schedule of minor
If on application by father or mother or any
other person, the learned Guardian Court fixes a schedule of meeting with
minors, and other party who is holding the custody of minors does not allow the
applicant to meet with minor as per schedule fixed by the court, the applicant
may file an application for compliance of order regarding meeting schedule with
minor. Following is sample of application for compliance of order of meeting schedule

Respectfully Sheweth:
1.
That the
applicant filed a custody application for the custody of minor namely Alveera which
was decided by the learned Senior Civil Judge (Family Division) Attock dated

That the respondent
is not allowing the applicant to meet the minor for the last about 02 years
despite of passing of order by this Honourable Court.
3.
That the respondent
under a legal and moral obligation to comply with the order of visitation
passed by this Honourable Court and deliberate and contumacious conduct of the
respondent in non observing the meeting schedule amounts to contempt of court,
committed by the respondent, for which she is liable to be proceeded against in
accordance with law.
PRAYER:
It is therefore most
respectfully prayed that the instant application may graciously be allowed, the
respondent may graciously be ordered to observe the meeting schedule fixed by this
Honourable Court vide dated 25-04-2019 without any further failure on her part
and contempt of court proceedings may graciously be initiated against the
respondent for non compliance of the order passed by this Honourable Court.
