Respectfully Sheweth:

That the applicant has filed the
above-titled suit which is pending before
this Honourable court and is fixed for

That at the time of filing of suit, the
applicant/ plaintiff could not implead Sub-Registrar (Cantt) as party, which in
fact is a necessary and proper party to the above titled suit.

That now it has come into the knowledge of
applicant/ plaintiff that the defendants to the suit are trying to sell out the
suit property and are also trying to hand over possession of the same.

That if the Sub-Registrar (Cantt),

It is, therefore, respectfully prayed that the instant
application may kindly be accepted and Sub-Registrar (Cantt),
Any other relief, which this Honourable Court may deem
