was the real father of deponent who died

That the deponent being real daughter of Maj Saim Khan Jan (late) as reflecting in Family Registration Certificate (FRC) is eligible to be included in the officer’s
record of service, therefore, the name of deponent may kindly be included in
the Officer’s record of service.
