TO SELL A PLOT
AN AGREEMENT
made this ______day of ____________BETWEEN Mr. ____________son

AND

WHEREAS
the parties hereto mutually agree as follows:

the ‘Seller’ will sell and the ‘Purchaser’ will buy Plot No. ______ measuring 125 Sq. Yds Phase VIII

the plot above-mentioned is free from all encumbrances, charges, dues, fees and
litigation of all sorts.

allotment / transfer to the Bahria Town to enable Purchaser to finalize sale /
transfer in his favour.
vi)

if the ‘Seller’ commits any fault / default complying with any of the
conditions hereinabove mentioned, he / she shall be liable to pay to the purchaser
a penalty of a sum of Rs. ________________________as charges / damages.

the terms ‘Seller’ and the ‘Purchaser’ hereinbefore used shall include their
respective heirs, legal representatives, successors, assigns and nominees.
