TO SELL A PLOT
AN AGREEMENT

the parties hereto mutually agree as follows:

litigation of all sorts.

allotment / transfer to the Bahria Town to enable Purchaser to finalize sale /

if the ‘Seller’ commits any fault / default complying with any of the
conditions hereinabove mentioned, he / she shall be liable to pay to the purchaser
a penalty of a sum of Rs. ________________________as charges / damages.

the terms ‘Seller’ and the ‘Purchaser’ hereinbefore used shall include their
