BEFORE THIS HONOURABLE COURT ON BEHLAF OF ACCUSED NAMELY SABEEL KHAN MALIK
Respected Sheweth:
- That the
accused namely Sabeel Khan Malik was granted ad-interim bail by this
Honourable Court vide order dated
- That on 15-03-2022,
this Honourable Court has confirmed the ad-interim bail granted to the
accused Sabeel Khan Malik subject to furnishing surety bond to the tune of
Rs. 1,00,000/-.
- That as the
applicant being surety has already deposited surety amount of Rs. 1,00,000/-,
therefore he wants the said surety amount be considered/ adjusted in the
bail confirming order.
PRAYER:
Under the circumstances, as
stated above, it is therefore most respectfully prayed that the surety amount of
Rs. 1,00,000/-already deposited by the applicant on behalf of accused Sabeel
Khan Malik under the order dated 31-01-2022
passed this Honourable court in which the accused was granted ad-interim bail,
may kindly be adjusted/ considered in the order 15-03-2022 passed by this
Honourable Court, whereby the ad-interim bail granted to the accused vide order
dated 31-01-2022 has been confirmed.
