In the name of ALLAH, the most beneficent, the most
merciful
SURETY BOND FOR EX PAKISTAN LEAVE EDUCATION DEPARTMENT
Memorandum
of Agreement Between _____________ W/o ___________________ (Teacher) Gov. High
School ___________ and the Governor of Punjab made this
Whereas
_____________ (hereinafter referred to
an employee which expression shall include his/ her successors and legal
representatives for the first part) as a result of sanctioning of leave by the
Governor of the
Now, therefore, in consideration for the said sanction of
leave the employee agrees and undertakes as follows:
1.
He/She
shall faithfully confine to and abide by the instructions issued with regard to
his/her leave during the period of his/her stay.
2.
He/she
confine his/her leave for the (Umrah) purpose it have been taken /
sanctioned and shall not change it without the prior permission of the
Governor.
3.
Upon
the expiry of leave he/ she return to
his/her duty in the department.
4.
In
the event of the breach of any of the aforesaid terms, the employee binds
himself/herself to pay on demand a sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand
only) to the Governor.
In witnesses whereof he/she produces
below two sureties who will be responsible
and stands bound by this agreement and guarantees that the employee will
perform his/her promise and in case he
fails to do so, the sureties will pay to the Governor, the said amount
in default of payment by the Employee.
And we the sureties below
agree to stand bound by this agreement and guarantees for the performance of
the promise by the employee and for the payment of the said amount in default.
