Fuel Price Adjustment on electricity Bill – Tax on Bill - Lahore High Court Rawalpindi Bench Judgment 

His lordship Mr. Justice Jawad Hassan, Lahore High Court, Rawalpindi Bench Rawalpindi passed an order on 29-08-2022 in a Writ Petition No. 2278/2022 titled as “Bahria Town Pvt Ltd Vs Federation of Pakistan etc” directing the petitioner to pay outstanding amount of electricity bill for the month of August 2022 within due date except FPA (Fuel Price Adjustment) therein. The court fixed the case for next date i.e 15^th September 2022.
