Gift Deed	Gift Deed  is deed which is written on  Stamp paper and this Gift Deed is used to transfer the ownership rights of an immovable property by the donor to the donee	ہبہ نامہ ایک ایسی دستاویز ہےجسے اسٹامپ پیپر پر تحریر کیا جاتا ہے اور اس  ہبہ نامہ کا استعمال غیر منقولہ جائیداد کے مالکانہ حقوق کو واہب کی جانب سے موہوب الیہ کو منتقل کرنے کیلئے کیا جاتا ہے ۔
	As per law,  a Gift Deed relating to an immovable property must be registered in the office of Sub-Registrar/ Registrar	قانون کے مطابق، غیر منقولہ جائیدادسےمتعلق ہبہ نامہ کا  سب رجسٹرار/رجسٹرار آفس میں  رجسٹرڈ ہونا لازمی ہے ۔
