APPLICATION UNDER FOR SUSPENSION OF OPERATION OF IMPUGNED JUDGMENT AND DECREE  DATED 28-04-2007 PASSED BY MR. MUHABBAT KHAN, LEARNED JUDGE FAMILY COURT, RAWALPINDI

 

Respectfully Sheweth: -

 

1.               That the applicant / appellant has filed the above captioned appeal before this Honourable Court, the grounds taken in the appeal may kindly be read as integral part of this application.

 

2.               That the applicant / appellant has a good prima facie case and likely to succeed in it.

 

3.               That the balance of convenience also lies in favour of the applicant/appellant.

 

4.               That the applicant / appellant would like to suffer an irreparable loss, if the operation of impugned judgment and decree is not suspended.
