That the Police Officials of Police Station, ABCD Rawalpindi has taken into possession a Licensed SMG Riffle 7.62 MM, No. 0000001241454     bearing License No. TEST4541211 issued by Minister of Interior, Islamabad in case FIR No. 22000/12 dated 01-12-2021, under section 13-2(a), the Punjab Arms Amendment Ordinance 2015, P.S ABCD, Rawalpindi

 

That this Honourable Court has passed an order on 10-12-2021 for handing over above said Riffle to Raja Ahmed Gujar Nadeem subject to furnishing surety of for an amount of Rs. 50,000/-(Rupees Fifty Thousand only).

 

THEREFORE, I, ABCDEF son of GHIJKLM resident of House No. 45454541, Nabeel Town, Street No. 52-B, Phase-123, Bahria Town, Rawalpindi, Executant  do hereby execute this surety Bond and stand surety on behalf of Raja Ahmed Gujar Nadeem for the total amount in question. If at any stage, this Honourable Court at any time directs Raja Ahmed Gujar Nadeem to produce the above said Riffle and if Raja Ahmed Gujar Nadeem either refuses or fails to comply with such direction, this Honourable Court shall have full authority to recover the said amount, so ordered from the Executant and the executant’s property detail of which is given below.
