APPLICATION FOR RELEASE OF SURETY BOND SUBMITTED IN CRL. MISCL NO. 40001-B-2020, PRE ARREST BAIL PETITION, TITLED AS “NABEEL AHMED RAJA GOHAR KHAN VERSUS THE STATE ETC

 

Respectfully Sheweth:

 

It is stated that I (Chaudhary Sagheer Naeem Khan Gul) stood surety on behalf of “Arslan Ali Bhatti Khan” in Crl. Miscl No. 40001-B-2020 and submitted the copy of my Sale Deed bearing No. 2001245, dated 02-08-2011, registered with Sub Registrar (Rural) Rawalpindi.

 

 The Crl. Miscl No. 40001-B-2020 has been decided on 13-07-2020 by this Honourable court and the ad-interim bail granted to Arslan Ali Bhatti Khan has been confirmed.  Following the Order of this Honourable court, the accused has submitted his Surety bond in the Trial Court Therefore, the applicant’s surety bond is required to be released.

Under the circumstances, stated above, it is therefore respectfully prayed that instant application may kindly be accepted and applicant’s Surety bond in the above stated Bail Petition may kindly be ordered to be released.
