AFFIDAVIT
I, Arslan Mehmood Raja Bhatti son
of Bhatti Ahmed Raja resident of House No. 1, Street No. 5, Mohallah
Shah Chan Chiragh, Rawalpindi do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under: -
1.
That Mr. Atif Mehmood is
my real son.
2.
That the facts stated in
attached application for the grant of domicile certificate for my son are true
and correct.
3.
That my above said son has
been residing in District Rawalpindi since
birth.
4.
That before this we did not
apply for said certificate from any other district of Pakistan.
4. That we did
not migrate from any other foreign country.
5. That
we did not apply for the domicile certificate from any other district.
I further declare that
the contents of my above affidavit are true and correct to the best of my
knowledge and belief and nothing has been concealed there from.
