AFFIDAVIT

 

 

I, Muhammad Zaheer Raja son of Zahir Khan resident of House No. CB-454, Street No. 30, Mohallah Siadpuri Gate, Rawalpindi , do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under:

 

 

1.               That the deponent is the Chief Executive Officer of “M/S Zaheer Associates & Developers” at Office situated at “CT-454, Asghar Mall Scheme, Rawalpindi.

                                        

2.               That the deponent does not own any other firm with the same name i.e M/S Zaheer Associates & Developers

 

3.               That the said firm has never been blacklisted by any Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous bodies.

 

4.               That no loan of any kind has ever been taken against the said firm.  

 

5.               That no case is pending against the said firm.

 

That whatever stated is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief. Nothing has been concealed therefore.
