Respectfully Sheweth:

That the above titled suit is
pending before this Honourable court and is fixed for today.
2.
That the during the pendency
of suit, defendant No.1 (Arslan Ali Asghar) has died, leaving behind following
surviving legal heirs:-

That after the death of
defendant No.1, his legal heirs as stated above are required to be impleaded as
party to the suit.

That the legal heirs defendant
No.1 are necessary and proper party in the instant suit and without impleading them,
no conclusive decree could be passed.
PRAYER:
It is, therefore, respectfully prayed
that the legal heirs of defendant No.1 stated in para No. 2, may be ordered to
be impleaded as party to the above titled suit, in the interest of justice.
Any other relief, which this Honourable
Court may deem fit and proper, may also be awarded.
