Rawalpindi, Executant do hereby execute this surety Bond and stand surety for
the total amount in question and if this
Hon’ble Court at any time directs
the said Mr. Zafran Khan to deposit the whole or any part of
the said amount and the said Mr. Zafran Khan either refuses or fails to comply
with such direction, this honorable Court shall have full authority to recover
the said amount, so ordered from the Executant and the executant’s property detail
of which is given below.
