SUIT FOR DECLARATION FOR OBTAINING HEIRSHIP CERTIFICATE

 

 

 

Plaintiff respectfully submits as under:

                                                                                                                                                                                                                    

 

1. That late Saima Akhtar was the wife of plaintiff who died on 20-09-2018 (Copy of death certificate is attached).

 

2. That the parents of deceased Saleem Akhtar have already been died in her life time.

 

 

3. That the after the death of late Saima Akhtar, following are the surviving legal heirs of deceased.

a.     Mir Zaman                     husband/ Plaintiff)

b.     Saima Khizar                      (daughter)  

c.      Amna Jamil                        (daughter)

 

d.     Muhammad Farooq               (son)  

e.     Muhammad Usman               (son)  

f.      Muhammad Arslan               (son)

4. That the plaintiff undertakes that is no other legal heir of late Saima Akhtar except the legal heirs mentioned above.

 

5. That the cause of action accrued to the plaintiffs on 20-09-2018 at the time of death of late Saima Akhtar, which is still continuing.

 

6. That the deceased was resident of Rawalpindi, plaintiff is also residing in Rawalpindi, therefore this Honourable Court has got jurisdiction to adjudicate upon the matter.

 

7. That value of the suit for the purposes of court fees and jurisdiction is fixed at Rs. 20,000/- upon which no court fee is payable.

PRAYER:

 

It is therefore most respectfully prayed that a decree for declaration to the effect that following are the surviving legal heirs of deceased Tariq Mehmood:-
